Development Update 11/14/01

11/14/01 -- We are past the half-way mark in production and the shows keep looking better and better!.

Stories have already been developed for the end of the season and we promise more than a few surprises. Let's just say that everything is not what it seems.
We are currently prepping a story entitled "The Lazarus Syndrome." After that episode shoots, we start production on "Presumed Guilty," which will star an actor who is very familiar to fans of our other show, "Andromeda". He's not one of the regular cast members, but he is definitely a fan favorite! In this episode, Adam is framed for murder. It's a great mystery episode that leaves our team to function without their leader. We also have a great episode for all the Jesse fans called "Blood Ties" that gives some great back story on the character as we introduce his father who is involved in some sticky business with the GSA. We were lucky enough to get John Fawcett to direct. For all of you horror fans John was the director of the cult hit film "Ginger Snaps". This will all lead up to our season finale that Howard Chaykin is working overtime to write himself.
The entire cast has been continuing their wire-work and martial arts training. Look for some intense fighting scenes in future episodes. Adam, himself, starts to kick some butt in an episode entitled, "Altered Ego". We actually just shot John Shea's first full action sequence and it was amazing!
The entire writing staff, cast, and crew have been rejuvenated since learning how well Mutant X did in the ratings. Everyone is working so hard to bring fans the level of action, excitement, and stellar story-telling, that makes MUTANT.X the show to watch this season.
